1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 260,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 3, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) The court below held that the Plaintiff’s damages for delay shall be paid at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
