A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On 2015, the Defendant, who was in possession of marijuana, discovered 1 share of marijuana, which was born from the Republic of Korea, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the Republic of Korea: (a) sought to smoke; and (b) collected the leaves and strings, etc. for the purpose of smoking; and (c) stored them in TV sets in the Defendant’s residence located in Geumcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun; and (d) stored them in TV sets in

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana for the purpose of smoking.

B. On February 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed marijuana leaves, etc., which were possessed by the Defendant under the same circumstances as the above paragraph (a), in tobacco at the residence of the said Defendant; and (b) inhaled the said smoke by attaching a fire thereto.

2) On February 8, 2017, the Defendant, at the “F in Chuncheon-si E” parking lot around 19:00, received one cigarette in the form of tobacco in the form of tobacco from a person who is not his/her name and inhaled the said smoke with a fire attached thereto.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana over two times.

2. On February 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act (f) at the F parking lot located in Kangcheon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, on February 19, 2017, 1-1

B. 2) The name in the paragraph 2 is unexploited by being delivered the metropia fry, which is a local mental medicine, to dye the coffee.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered a local mental medicine.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the suspended execution;

1. Orders to observe protection and attend lectures;
