1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 143,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 4, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. At around 2015, the Defendant was selected from the Korea Industrial Technology Evaluation Institute, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and its affiliated organizations, as a researcher of “C”, a national policy research task.

The execution period of the above national policy research tasks is three years from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2017, and is divided into three stages. The task is completed by each stage and the results thereof are submitted. The Korea Industrial Technology Evaluation Institute shall pay part of the necessary research cost for each stage.

B. In order to carry out the above research task, the Defendant awarded a contract to the Plaintiff for Daehan (hereinafter “instant construction”) and entered into two contracts as indicated below.

Before the construction of this production facility, the Corporation is a construction to find out any error in the process and design operation by manufacturing small experimental equipment in advance by the Center, and to supplement it and to make facilities to be reflected in the facility.

Within seven days from January 13, 2016 to February 29, 2016, the date of payment for the construction work within the period from January 13, 2016 to February 29, 2016: After completion of installation of KRW 189,000,000: 141,000,000: (a) the second contract from January 13, 2016 to April 1, 2018; (b) the payment of KRW 531,30,000 to April 1, 2018; (c) the payment of KRW 209,000 to October 30, 207; and (d) the payment of KRW 141,00; and (d) the payment of KRW 30,00 to April 1, 201; and

C. The Plaintiff continued construction work in accordance with the first and second contracts, and the Defendant is “the remainder of the construction cost of this case” in the first and second contracts for construction work and the second contracts for construction work, which is KRW 143,00,000,000, which is “the scheduled payment after the payment of the project cost of 2017.”

The remainder of the construction cost, excluding B, was paid to the Plaintiff.

On the other hand, with respect to the first year research tasks conducted by the Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology in 2015 and the second year research tasks conducted in 2016, the defendant will pay 450 million won each.
