Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 27, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 2.5 million won by violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on November 27, 2008. On July 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2.5 million won by the same court for the same crime, but on April 8, 201, the suspended sentence was revoked on April 15, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on September 23, 2013.
As above, the Defendant, as a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, driven a math truck under the influence of alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license at approximately 0.078% in a section of about 500 meters from the front of the main road of the “Public Franc wave” in the Seocho-do Seocho-do Seocho-do Seocho-do Seoul Metropolitan Government at the beginning of May 11, 2012 to the front road in front of the front of the front school located in the Sincheon-do At the same time the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license.
