A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 08:55 on January 24, 2019, the Defendant sought a request from the victim D (the age of 41) to speak that the ATM machinery will be arbitrarily treated at the location of the C Association located in the former, North, U.S., the Defendant threatened the victim with the kitchen gate (the total length: 34cm, the knife length: 21cm) and the victim with the kitchen gate at one’s home and displayed the victim’s direction.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
