Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, through C on February 9, 2006, subscribed to the insurance premium of H Co., Ltd. The defendant, by deceiving the victim insurance company, obtained 25,472,275 won.

2. Defendant B, through C on December 30, 205, as the insured on December 30, 2005, subscribed to D’s P (196,680 won per month’s insurance premium, 40,000 won per day of disease hospitalization, 80,000 won per day of disease hospitalization), and QR (125,470 won per month’s insurance premium, 50,000 per day of disaster hospitalization, 30,00 per day of disease hospitalization, and 30,000 won per day of disease) by having the insured through A as the insured on July 25, 201 (hereinafter “S”), C’s insurance premium (64,300 won per month’s insurance premium, 196, 400 won per day of disease, 100,000 won per day of disease, 200,000 won per day of admission, 25, 2011

On January 8, 2009, the Defendant needs to receive a diagnosis of catitis, etc. from W Council members and receive a special long-term hospitalization.
