Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on February 15, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the Changwon District Court on October 8, 2012.

Although the Defendant was sentenced to a fine not less than twice due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) as above, at around 19:30 on July 17, 2013, the Defendant driven BM520 automobiles at a section of about 500 meters from the river station located in the northwest-gun located in the northwest-gun of the Haan-gun, Hanam-gun, under the influence of alcohol by 0.052% of the blood alcohol content without a driver’s license.
