The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.
, however, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the father of the victim C(16 years), the victim D(14 years), the victim E(13 years), and the victim F(11 years).
1. Crimes against victims C;
A. From the end of April 2016 to the beginning of May 2016, the Defendant committed physical abuse on the ground that: (a) the Defendant, who was enrolled in the Namwon-si bus terminal in the Namwon-si bus terminal platform located in the Namwon-si, 495-1, Namwon-si, Seoul High School at around 19:0, called the Defendant’s house at a house located in the Namwon-si, Seoul High School (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul High School”); (b) the Defendant, who was reported by the Defendant, was able to assist the victim in the house-to-faceing day; (c) but (d) the Defendant did not want to assist the victim, thereby causing physical harm to the victim’s body or undermining physical health and development.
B. On July 2016, at around 20:0, the Defendant loaned money to the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-gun G to use the money for expenses to the family travel hosted by the Multicultural Family Center. However, on the grounds that the Defendant refused to use the money, the Defendant committed emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of the victim by citing the mon and threatening the victim.
2. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim C and E: (a) around the end of June 2016 to July 2016, 2016, instructed the victim C to use the victim’s left part of the victim C’s left part at one time and three times after taking one stop from the victim C’s left part of the victim C’s son’s son’s son at three times; (b) caused the victim’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s her son.
