Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court that maintained the reasoning, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the facts contrary to logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on intention, illegality, and expectation in the crime of forging private documents and the crime of uttering of private document, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
