1. As to each of the Plaintiffs’ KRW 158,901,423 and each of the KRW 108,901,423, respectively, the Defendant shall from June 21, 2014 to February 1, 2017.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) The Plaintiffs are the parents of the network C. 2) The Defendant is the insurer that entered into an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with respect to the E Belgium car (hereinafter “instant car”). At the same time, the insurer that entered into an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with respect to G dump trucks driven by F (hereinafter “instant truck”).
