Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2013, at around 08:20, the Defendant driven a B-co truck without the driver’s license, a section of approximately 3 kilometers from the front of the Dobongdong Village in Gyeyang-gu, Doyang-gu, Doyang-do to the road before the police box in the Doyang-gu, Yangyang-do.

Summary of Evidence

1. A protocol concerning the examination of the police officers of the accused;

1. The circumstantial report on driving without a license;

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to the ledger of driver's licenses;

1. Article 152 of the relevant Act and Articles 152 subparagraph 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act, and the selection of fines concerning the crime;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
