Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 400,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 03:20 on October 10, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol at the upper dong District of the Seocheon-gu Police Station, Seocheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 99, the Defendant sent a great sound to the police officer on the ground that the police officer had returned first to B, and took a bath to the police officer on the ground that the police officer had returned first to B while drinking between B and the police officer.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, had a very rough and disorderly speech and behavior in a public office.
