1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and two months, and Defendant B and C by imprisonment for a period of eight months;

2.Provided, That this judgment has become final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 3163] Defendant A is a person who operates H in the window G of Chang-si, Changwon-si, and the J in the Ha of Gyeong-nam Haan-gun I, and Defendant B and C are employed by Defendant A to provide petroleum delivery services.

The Defendants conspired to manufacture and sell pseudo petroleum products to the operators of vehicles used at the construction site using K-owned vehicles and L-owned vehicles.

Defendant

A and B manufactured and sold a total of KRW 680,419,151,980,97,880 from the beginning of August 2013, as indicated in attached Table 1, 2013, a total of KRW 154 times, 680,419,151,980,973 from around November 201, and Defendant C conspired with the said Defendants from around November 201, to August 201, and sold a total of KRW 132 times in collusion, as indicated in attached Table 2, including Table 1, 2.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to manufacture and sell pseudo petroleum products.

[2014 Highest 404] Defendant A is a person who operates the J in Hanam-gun I, and Defendant B is a person who carries out petroleum delivery business as an employee of the above gas station.

Defendants conspired to sell the amount equivalent to KRW 740 liter, 13,470,190 from May 2013, 2013 to the victim company, as if they were in normal transit at around approximately 2:1 p.m., the Busan High Sea Free Economic Zone (U.S.), located at the end of the end of April 2013, the Busan High Sea Free Economic Zone (U.S.), and the employees belonging to the victim Co., Ltd., were to sell the 740 liter, 274,800 won via fake; and the amount equivalent to KRW 7,931 liter, 13,470,190 on June 2013; and the amount equivalent to KRW 18,036,30,568,840 on June 2013; and the amount equivalent to KRW 25,436 liter,436,504,328 on July 25, 2013; and sold them.
