A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a mother and child-child relationship with the victim B (n, 83 years of age).

At around 11:30 on January 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported on the 112-round 112, the victim, while drunk, that boomed a brush, such as a brush, at the dwelling space located in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun; (b) reported on the 119-round 112; and (c) divided the knife, a dangerous object in the kitchen ( approximately 33 cm in length, about 20 cm in the knife length) with a knife, which is a dangerous object in the kitchen; (d) the knife the knife in the front part of the victim’s right part; (e) the victim’s knife knife knife knife knife knife knife kn; and (e) the victim’s knife knif.
