Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a university student in the first-year vacation of D junior college who resides with the address of 501 of C Building in Busan Metropolitan City.

On February 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a disposition of two years and six months of imprisonment, four years of suspension of execution, community service, 300 hours, and 80 hours of sexual assault treatment program by the Supreme Court on February 9, 2017, and was notified that he/she is a person subject to registration of sexual crime personal information.

The above person subject to registration of personal information has a duty to submit personal information to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 30 days from the date the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not submit personal information to the head of the Busan Police Station by March 10, 2017, which was the expiration date, and violated his duty.
