A. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Plaintiff) KRW 650,000,000 and its related amount from January 31, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 7, 2018, the Plaintiff, a company established for the purpose of real estate leasing business, etc., entered into a lease contract with Defendant B, a doctor of the Plaintiff, with each of the following (i.e., the total lease deposit amount of KRW 300,000,00 (i.e., the total contract deposit amount of KRW 60,000,000,000, total of KRW 240,000,000,00), each of the lease deposits (i.e., the remainder of the lease contract, 201,00,000,000) on each of the real estate listed in the [Attachment] list of the real estate (i.e., the 4th floor F-G units and 5th H-I units; hereinafter referred to as “the 4th and 5th floor of the instant commercial building”), with each of the following (i.e., the total lease deposit of KRW 300,00,00).

On September 28, 2018, Defendant B paid only the down payment of KRW 60,000,000 among the security deposit to the Plaintiff, and around that time, the Plaintiff had Defendant B possess and use 16 stores of the instant commercial building 4 and 5 floors.
