A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months and two years of suspension of execution due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court on October 24, 2007, and eight months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same court on June 25, 2008, and on May 11, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 14, 2012 by the same court on May 11, 2012.

On August 18, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on August 18, 2015, driven C passenger cars at a section of approximately 200 meters from the trade name 0.257% of the alcohol level among the blood transfusion at around 04:19, while driving at around 200 meters of the same line with the same line line. The Defendant again driven while under the influence of alcohol on at least two occasions.
