Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 2015, the Defendants knew that in the event of the provision of subsidies exceeding the statutory subsidies when selling a mobile phone terminal, the amount of the reward would be reduced so that the Defendants would be paid KRW 10,000,000 if they reported the provision, and that the Defendants would be able to receive the reward by reporting the fact that they opened the mobile phone in their names and provided the support exceeding the statutory subsidies in the process, while operating the mobile phone terminal sales store directly.
