A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 06:55 on April 9, 2016, the Defendant driven a e-mail driver’s vehicle with approximately KRW 200 meters alcohol concentration of 0.202% in blood while under the influence of alcohol, from the vicinity of the string hotel in the Daejeon Pungdong-gu, Daejeon to the same Gu C, and from the time before the D Mart road.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) was engaged in driving of each E-car.
