Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2014, at around 02:37, the Defendant driven a B Epir vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 50 meters alcohol concentration of 0.086% from the 50-meter section to the front road of the 1453 and (road-dong), as in front of the road in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the “ro-dong”).
