A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

around 00:50 on July 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim B(the age of 45) C taxi in front of the Lineow hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the age of 45) and tried to go to the mine shooting distance located in the river in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

피고인은 같은 날 01:20경 위 목적지에 도착한 후 피해자가 뒷좌석에서 자고 있던 피고인을 깨웠다는 이유로 주먹으로 피해자의 뒤통수를 2회 때렸고, 이에 피해자가 이를 신고하기 위해서 수유3파출소를 향해 위 택시를 운행하던 중 피고인은 주먹으로 피해자의 뒤통수를 다시 2회 때리고, 손으로 피해자의 머리카락을 잡아 흔들었으며, 휴대전화기를 손에 쥔 채 피해자의 뒤통수를 1~2회 때렸다.

As such, the Defendant committed violence against the victim while driving a taxi.

On November 26, 2014, the Defendant was indicted on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Driver Violence, etc.) by the Seoul Northern District Court on November 26, 2014 and is still pending trial.

피고인은 2014. 12. 1. 03:00경 서울 강북구 4.19로 부근에서 광산사거리 앞 노상에서 피해자 D(59세) 운전의 E 택시에 승차하여 조수석 뒷좌석에 앉아 목적지인 같은 구 수유동에 있는 광산사거리 방면으로 가던 중 갑자기 짜증이 난다는 이유로 발로 피해자의 오른쪽 어깨부위를 1대 걷어찼다.

As such, the Defendant assaulted the victim who is operating a taxi.
