Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from around August 2012, 2012, expressed a letter that he sells false goods on the NAH website in order to compensate for living expenses, and expressed a false letter to receive money as the sales proceeds of goods from those who reported and contacted with the Defendant, or to sell letters to those who left comments with contact details in the sales text of others.

On August 15, 2012, at a PC bank where it is impossible to know the trade name in the Gumi-si, the Defendant sent a Kakao Stockholm message to the effect that “I will deliver 400,000 won to the NA bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day after checking the transfer of NA’s transfer of 40,000 won to the NAN account in the name of the Defendant,” and then sent KRW 400,000 to the NAN account in the name of the Defendant.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell Nowon-gu to the victim.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, received a total of KRW 5,192,400 from the victims by deceiving the victims and receiving KRW 400,000 from the victims, and by sending letters to the victims, such as the statement of crime sight, from November 29, 2013 to November 29, 2013.
