A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of one million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on September 8, 2006, and a summary order of 1.5 million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the same court on January 28, 2009.
