Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 2014, at around 05:00, the Defendant stolen a bicycle (SCOT 40) with one set of 1,80,000 won at the market price of the victim C, with a locking device at around 05:0,00, a 325 water basin Dobong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with the front wheels.
