Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime No. 1 through No. 7 of the annexed Table 1 of the Crime List in the judgment of A, 4 months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] Defendant A was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended sentence on December 24, 2008 for violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act in the Suwon District Support Act, etc. On January 1, 2009, the judgment became final and conclusive on January 1, 2009. On June 3, 2011, Defendant A was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended sentence and the judgment on June 11, 201 became final and conclusive.
【Criminal Facts】
From February 2007 to June 2007, Defendants A purchased a large sum of 5,80,000 won of monthly insurance premium after he/she concentrateded on eight insurance products for which high hospitalization daily allowances and medical expenses are paid from around February 2007, and Defendant E paid a total of 4,40,000 won of monthly insurance premium from around January 2006 to June 2007.
As above, the Defendants: (a) selected and hospitalized hospitals where management was brupt, such as free stay outside and staying outside, and failing to prepare medical records guidance; (b) hospitalized them; (c) conducted daily life freely while staying outside and staying outside of Korea during the period of hospitalization; and (d) hospitalized them with the same type of disease under the insurance terms and conditions by taking advantage of the fact that insurance money is paid up to 180 days in the case of being hospitalized under the same type of disease; and (c) received the insurance money from the damaged insurance company by submitting a confirmation of entry into and discharge from the insurance company, a written claim for insurance money, etc., as follows.
1. The facts of Defendant A at G Hospital located in Ansan-si from April 2, 2007 to May 4, 2007 are the damage insurer, the damage insurer, the KDB life insurance (owner), the Korea Life Insurance (owner), the Korea Fire and Marine Insurance (owner), and the interested State fire and marine insurance (owner) as if he was hospitalized for 33 days, even though he was hospitalized with the king witness at the G Hospital located in Ansan-si.
