A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as a worker of the C Co., Ltd., a cleaning agency and facility management company, worked as a street cleaners in D, and left the company as of December 31, 2012, and the victim E (the age of 43) is the head of the D Management Office of the above company.

The Defendant heard from the victim that “the Defendant may receive retirement allowances even though the period of continuous service is 11 months,” and retired from the Defendant. However, on February 2, 2013, the Defendant rejected the Defendant’s request that the Defendant be responsible for retirement allowances, even though the Defendant continued to find the Defendant as the above company’s office 3-4 times to resist the victim, and the Defendant did not meet the victim’s demand that the Defendant be responsible for retirement allowances.

Therefore, the defendant has taken the mind of killing the victim by breaking up his idea that he did not leave the victim's false statement for one year and left the scene.

On February 26, 2013, at D Customer Support Office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 10:10, 2013, the Defendant prepared in advance the victim who was seated in front of his office gate, laid down one hand in the paper bag between the Defendant and then laid down one hand (10cm in length, 10cm in length, 10cm in length in Dogs, 10cm in Dogs and 10cm in Dogs) in the paper bag between the Defendant and the Defendant got off the victim’s head side. However, the Defendant got off the victim’s head by hand, and kid the victim’s head.

Although the Defendant continued to get off the above knife three times with the victim, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime with the employees of the office where the victim was knife by her hand or to stop her, by causing about 15 days of treatment to the victim, by using a detailed string of an unknown part in need of treatment.
