A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Egressing Vehicle) and the Road Traffic Act (Egress after accidents).

At all times, the victim D(42) driving E-Spoon was stopped in accordance with the vehicle stop signals, and thus, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to properly operate the brake system and prevent the accident in advance by driving it accurately and safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded as it was due to the negligence of driving the victim DD driving, and the back part of the victim D's driver's vehicle was received as the front part of the Defendant's driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, immediately stopped the victim D with injury, such as salt, tensions, etc. in the mouths and tensions that need to be treated for approximately two weeks, suffered from the victim F (the 37 years old), who is the seat of the damaged vehicle, for approximately two weeks of treatment, and went away without taking measures such as providing relief to the victims, etc., even though the Defendant damaged the spawn vehicle, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

2.
