Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone who intends to divert a forest for other purposes or lumber standing timber in a forest shall obtain permission from the head of the relevant Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant obtained approval for a small and medium enterprise start-up business plan in order to build a yellow soil factory in the Hamyeong-gun, Hamyeong-gun, Hamyeong-gun, in order to build a yellow soil factory.

7. During the commission of work up to 16.16., in land other than the permission for conversion of mountainous district, 6,800 square meters cut 123 square meters of pine trees without permission from the authority, using mechanical saws without permission, damaging mountainous district by using equipment, such as digging machines, and arbitrarily installing access roads of 500 square meters of land.
