A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Part 54 of a receipt of seized credit card (No. 10) shall be from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

At the time of each of the following crimes, the Defendant had weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental disorder.

1. On November 6, 2015, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property at least three times in total, as shown in attached Table 1, including, but not limited to, Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 2, Chapter 2, Chapter 2, Chapter 2, Chapter 1, Chapter 1, Chapter 1, Chapter 1, Chapter 2,00 L of Cambodia, and Chapter 1, Chapter 1, 2,000 L of Cambodia, which was attached to the interior wall of another restaurant where the victim’s surveillance was neglected.

2. Around August 23, 2014, the Defendant embezzled the victims’ property at least eight times in total, as shown in the list of annexed crimes, without taking measures, such as acquiring one resident registration certificate of the victim who lost D from Jeju, and returning it to the victim.

3. On September 18, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business purchased goods equivalent to KRW 2,000 from the convenience store operated by the non-victims in the P station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (O) on September 18, 2015, and submitted Q Q’s Si bank credit card to the employees of convenience stores as if he were his credit card holders and paid the price for the goods as shown in attached Table 3, as shown in attached Table 3, from around that time to November 10, 2015, the Defendant settled an amount of KRW 11,189,740 in total with the above City bank credit card amounting to KRW 24 times in total.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victims, received property or pecuniary benefits equivalent to 11,189,740 won in total, and used lost credit cards.
