On November 11, 2012, 06:05, the Defendant driven a 21 ton vehicle owned by the Defendant in the state of blood alcohol concentration of approximately 0.205% (blood collection) at the two-lane section from the street in front of the Shindong Elementary School in Madong-si, Madong-si, the Government of the Republic of Korea to 691-14.
