1. A claim against the Defendant New Savings Bank;

A. Basic facts 1) Seoul Central CCC Co., Ltd. (trade name after the change: U.S.C., Inc.; hereinafter “S. company”).

A) On December 24, 2009, the Seongbuk-gu Seoul E-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Housing with two square meters and two stories above ground owned by it (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”).

On November 4, 2014, the executing court prepared a distribution schedule that did not distribute dividends to the Plaintiffs who demanded for distribution as small lessee. 4) On November 4, 2014, the Plaintiffs appeared on the date of distribution, and raised an objection to the total amount of dividends for Defendant K non-real estate trust and the dividend amount of KRW 11,163,503, out of the dividend amount to
