The defendant is a person driving a BM5 vehicle.

On February 1, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.062% of blood alcohol level around 17:08, the Defendant driven the said car up to approximately 12 km in front of the mine area in front of the Nakdongdong Elementary School located in the Singu, Singu, Singu, Busan.
