Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2015, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven B vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.102% in a section of about 10 meters at the front of the relevant annual salary park, in front of the same annual salary park.
