A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a taxi for Category C Laun other business purposes;

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) temporarily around the Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu’s Nowon-gu’s Nowon-gu’s street from the roads near the Nowon-gu’s Nowon-gu’s Nowon-gu’s Nowon-gu’s Nowon-gu’s Nowon-do’s street 31-ro to the eight-lane-do’s street 0.155% of the blood alcohol concentration.
