1. Defendant Republic of Korea shall make a crossing registration office of the Chuncheon District Court with respect to the Plaintiff with respect to the forest land of 1230 square meters in Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-do.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) E is the Plaintiff’s high aid division. E died on May 30, 1914, and at the time of death, there were wife F, children G, H, and I as bereaved family members. 2) G is a child of E and the Plaintiff’s increase.
G died on May 8, 1969, and at the time of death, there were wife J, children K (Chonam) and L as bereaved family members.
3) K is a son of G and the Plaintiff’s father. K died on August 23, 2008. At the time of death, the bereaved family members died on November 11, 2003, which was before the death of K. N is a bereaved family member at the time of death. In order to indicate his/her status relationship, N is a bereaved family member at the time of death. N is a son of K and the father of the Plaintiff.
N died on November 11, 2003, and at the time of death, wife T, U, U, and U were killed on February 16, 1992, N’s death.
At the time of U's death, there were wife AB, children AC, and AD.
An identification card shall be indicated as a bereaved family at the time of the death.

It is an inheritance report in attached Form 1 that expresses more status relationships.
5) Both E, G, K, N, and the Plaintiff had a permanent domicile in the Z of Gangwon-do.
