The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the summary of the grounds for appeal (three million won of a fine) is too unreasonable.

The judgment of the court below is contradictory to the defendant's confession, but the crime of this case is committed in light of all the circumstances such as the defendant's age, character, environment, circumstance and contents leading to the crime of this case and circumstances after the crime, etc., the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable, considering the following: the defendant's act was committed in favor of the victim's face and caused bodily injury; the risk of the defendant's act was considerably heavy and the degree of injury suffered by the victim was not less light; the defendant did not agree with the victim; the defendant did not make repayment of damage; and the past records have several times of punishment for violent crime; and the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, the circumstances leading to the crime of this case, and circumstances
