1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On January 28, 2019, at around 23:32, the Plaintiff driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol by 0.19% in blood alcohol concentration on the front of the Camamambal, Cho-gun.
B. Accordingly, on February 21, 2019, the Defendant rendered a disposition to revoke the driver’s license (class 1 ordinary) of the Plaintiff on March 26, 2019 (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
C. The Plaintiff filed an administrative appeal against the instant disposition, but the said claim was dismissed on April 23, 2019.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. In light of the Plaintiff’s assertion that the Plaintiff’s driver’s license is essential on duty, and the revocation of the license is difficult to maintain a livelihood, the instant disposition is excessively harsh to the Plaintiff, thereby abusing or abusing the discretion.
B.
