The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The fact that the defendant's judgment on the grounds for appeal of this case was in the first instance and is contrary to the recognition of the crime of this case, and that the crime of this case cannot be deemed to have been committed systematically under the intention of defraudation from the beginning, and that there was no record of criminal punishment prior to the instant case, etc. are favorable to the defendant.

However, in light of various sentencing conditions indicated in the records, such as the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, family relationship, background and motive of the crime, circumstances after the crime, etc., even if considering the circumstances asserted by the Defendant, it cannot be deemed that the lower court’s imprisonment (six months) is too unreasonable, even when considering the circumstances asserted by the Defendant.

2. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
