A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. In order to make a tender for an electrical construction ordered by the Korea Electric Power Corporation for the crime related to the illegal receipt of unemployment benefits, the Korea Electric Power Corporation shall retain the persons who have acquired private qualifications, such as electricity sources issued by the Korea Electric Power Corporation, and power transmission activation seafarers, as essential technical personnel, and obtain qualification certification

The Defendant recruited those who do not subscribe to employment insurance, such as daily workers and bathing managers (hereinafter referred to as “spons”), and took them into the Celectric Technology Institute located in Gyeongnam-gun and D Electric Research Institute located in Gyeongnam-gun, and acquired the above qualification, and had the company participating in the tender for the electrical construction ordered by the Korea Electric Power Corporation obtain a bid qualification by falsely hiring the above qualification holder on documents, and, in return, had the company participating in the tender for the electrical construction ordered by the Korea Electric Power Corporation obtain a bid qualification by directly obtaining an order for the electrical construction from the company concerned or receiving a loan in return, managed and lent the qualification certificate of disguised employees.
