Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to engage in business of cultivating seaweeds shall obtain a license from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, on December 20, 2016, the Defendant run the fishery by installing 100 books in fish farming facilities around the sea near the Dondo Province, Namdo.
