Punishment of the crime

1. On March 15, 2017, the Defendant taken the lower half of the victim’s cell phone camera images and clothes against his will, using the victim’s mobile phone camera photographing function, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shameing, at 8 out-of-the-splate 23:20, the Defendant returned home, 18 years old, using the Defendant’s mobile phone camera photographing function.

2. On March 13, 2017, at around 22:53, the Defendant taken the victim’s lower half and clothes that may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame using the Defendant’s mobile phone camera photograph recording function, after the victim’s name was unafford influent women, at Ep. Ep. B located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and after the victim’s name, the Defendant taken the victim’s lower half and clothes against his/her will.

3. On March 13, 2017, at around 23:39, the Defendant taken pictures against the victim’s will, after the victim’s name, influenite female, who was suffering a brush, using the Defendant’s mobile phone camera image photographing function, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.
