A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who serves as the chief knowledge of the C company in Jeju City B.

On March 6, 2019, the Defendant filed a lawsuit for removal of buildings and delivery of land on the ground that the above C Co., Ltd., which the Defendant possessed by the Defendant, was built by erosion of part of the D site from D, the owner of the Jeju-si B site.

Around that time, the Defendant consented to the removal of toilets from a public official belonging to the E Office who received a civil petition of D and D, who received a request from the public official belonging to the E Office for cooperation in the removal of toilets in the above C site, and then taken them out of toilets, and ordered D to remove the toilets at around 12:0 on March 8, 2019.

Of that, the Defendant had been aware that D would be placed at a disadvantage in the future civil procedure when D removed the toilets and fences on the land owned by D as above, or would be prevented from receiving monetary compensation from D. In fact, D had not removed the above toilets and fences without the Defendant’s permission, but D had not removed them without the Defendant’s permission, and filed a false complaint that D violated D’s boundaries by arbitrarily piling up the stone fences.

Accordingly, the Defendant, around April 4, 2019, was in the process of civil litigation by the attorney-at-law G to the Jeju Western Police Station located in the Jeju Western Police Station in the Jeju Western-si, Jeju-si, and Jeju-si. However, even though D through the attorney-at-law G, around March 2019, he/she intrudes into the wall and destroys the toilet building without permission. On April 3, 2019, the Defendant re-enters the wall into the wall and then damages the toilet building.
