Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating plastic package manufacturer (ju) E in Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, and the victim F (name, leisure, age 20) is a worker employed on August 3, 2016, who is a foreigner of Cambodian nationality, who entered Korea as a non-employment visa around August 3, 2016.

1. On September 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 21:00, around September 2, 2016, 2016, she called “a person who causes breabbing” to the victim; (b) she went to G and she called “a person on the seashore” to the victim; and (c) she went to the victim to the victim as an I bathing beach located at H in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnamnam-do.

At around 02:00 on September 3, 2016, the Defendant told the victim to the effect that “on the night, a traffic accident may occur if he drives at night,” and that “the victim would go to show a shower by putting sand to the her motherel, and go to the company,” and then, the Defendant went to the Kel in the J of Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

After that, the Defendant laid down the victim on the bed room in the above lake, prevented the victim from putting his arms on both hand and from putting on the part of the victim, and prevented the victim from putting on the part of the ship, and raped by sexual intercourse once.

2. On September 9, 2016, the Defendant, at around 21:00 on September 21:0, 2016, called “the Defendant” to the effect that “the Defendant re-entered the Defendant into the company, thereby drinking boomed to the Gwangju L, Gyeonggi-do.” The Defendant: (a) laid the victim into the cub car; and (b) carried out meals in the vicinity of the L.

On September 23, 2016, the Defendant called on September 23, 2016 to the effect that “the inside day comes to know one’s own Saturday,” and entered the Nel in Gyeonggi-si M with the victim’s grandchildren who refused to do so.

After that, the Defendant laid down the victim on the bed room in the above lake, prevented the victim from putting his arms on both hand and from putting on the part of the victim, and prevented the victim from putting on the part of the ship, and raped by sexual intercourse once.
