1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant, a company established for the purpose of real estate development business, etc., completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 12, 2013 regarding D-do, Cheongbuk-do (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. On December 29, 2003, E was the owner of the instant land, and obtained a new inspection construction permit from the head of Cheongdo Gun.

C. On February 24, 2007, G, a inspector owned by E, decided to newly construct an inspection on the instant land (hereinafter “the instant inspection construction work”) between UNWC Co., Ltd. and UNWC, and concluded a contract on the standards for construction works on December 24, 2007, setting the construction cost of KRW 1,913,00,000,000, and the scheduled completion date of construction works.

2. The plaintiffs' assertion and judgment

A. First, the Plaintiffs asserted that the Plaintiffs were liable to pay the construction price to the Plaintiffs, since G, the representative director of the Defendant, was obligated to pay the construction price to the Plaintiffs, but it is insufficient to deem that G agreed to pay the construction price directly to the Plaintiffs, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it. Accordingly, this part of the Plaintiffs’ assertion is without merit.

B. The plaintiffs have increased the value of the land of this case due to the plaintiffs' construction works. Since the defendant, the owner of the land of this case, unjust enrichment, the above amount shall be returned to the plaintiffs as unjust enrichment.
