A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, along with D, conspiredd with D to commit the so-called “brine” crime in which the Defendant, as if he were to work in good faith against the main shop owners, received the prepaid payment and divided it into D, and subsequently, did not work at all as an employee or licking, and attempted to commit the so-called “brine” crime in which the Defendant acquired the prepaid payment by means of escape.
Accordingly, at around 18:00 on October 21, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00, at the victim C’s residence located in Seopopopo City E; (b) together with D, as if the victim would work as an employee in the “F” ran tavern located in the same city operated by the victim; and (c) requested a prepaid payment. However, the Defendant did not intend to work as an employee
Ultimately, the Defendant, in collusion with D as above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 10 million from the victim under the pretext of advance payment on the same day.
2. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim G around November 9, 201, in collusion with the victim G, operated by the victim G in Seopopoposa in collusion with D, and by inducing the victim to work as the principal employee as described in the above Paragraph 1, and by inducing advance payment, the Defendant and D, respectively, received KRW 1 million from the victim immediately, from the victim. On the following day, the Defendant received KRW 4 million in total from the account designated by D, and KRW 14 million in total from the account designated by D, by receiving transfer of KRW 8 million in advance.

The Defendant, along with I, committed the crime with the victim H, committed the so-called “brine” crime in which the Defendant, as if he were to work in good faith with the principal or singing rooms, demanded each employee to pay and receive it, and subsequently, conspired to commit the so-called “brine” crime in which the Defendant, who did not work at all as an employee, acquired the prepaid money by means of flight
