Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2014, at around 20:15, the Defendant was requested to present identification cards to verify personal information from the chief F of the police box at the Southern-gu, Daegu, by receiving a report from a person under the influence of alcohol, at the front of a D restaurant.

The Defendant, who received the identification card from the above F, sent back to the police officer of Nena from now on, he saw that he died of the chrop head and she saw that she would have died of Nenax, and committed assault, by hand, such as assaulting the part of the F on one occasion of the above F.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the control and prevention of police officers' illegal acts.
