Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute information with a content that arouses fear or apprehensions through an information and communications network to reach other persons repeatedly.

Nevertheless, at around 21:00 on November 22, 201, the Defendant repeatedly transmitted text messages causing fear or apprehensions over 13 occasions, such as the Defendant’s mobile phone using the Defendant’s mobile phone to the victim’s mobile phone on the ground that the victim’s residence, etc. was not subject to one’s own contact. In addition, the Defendant repeatedly sent text messages causing fears or apprehensions over 13 times, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
