A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a mutual general restaurant in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and 2.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

From April 1, 2016 to June 13, 2016, the Defendant purchased KRW 12.5 km in China from E, which is a food material distribution business establishment in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to KRW 125,000.

Defendant 1: (a) prepared as a Korean red powder using the Korean red powder and domestic Chinese Chinese Chinese Chinese Chinese cabbage, and sold and provided them to customers who find a business for the purpose of supporting; and (b) falsely displayed the country of origin of the red powder used in kimchi on the bulletin board of the place of origin attached to the wall of the business.

Accordingly, from April 1, 2016 to June 13, 2016, the Defendant provided the said “C” to customers who find a business place equivalent to 10.2 km out of the red paper powder in Korea by falsely marking the country of origin into a domestic origin and selling and providing them.
