A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant administered and sealed the psychotropic drugs-related Mespopic cophophones (one philophone; hereinafter “philoopphones”), as follows:
1. On January 2013, the Defendant: (a) included a mail containing a philophone, which was concealed before the first floor fire-fighting of the Flive Building in the vicinity of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “D”); (b) contained one document file and one small box; and (c) contained a philophone in a document file and a small box; and (d) accepted the request by the Defendant that the philophone in a document file will have a philophone; (b) the philophone in a small box will again put it into a 2,50,000 won at the expense of the 2nd floor of the said building.
Since then, at around 19:00 on the middle of January 1, 2013, the Defendant took 250,000 won from the fire hydrants located on the first floor of the above Fju building located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant administered the said mail and the water and the 2.50,000 won. Among them, the philophones concealed in a small box were stored again in the above telephone box, but approximately 0.1g of the philophones concealed in the document file have been kept by the Defendant. At around 07:0 on January 18, 2013, around 15:0 on January 26, 2013, and around 15:00 on three occasions on January 27, 2013, the Defendant administered the clophones with 0.03gh of the clophones at the Defendant’s house located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Metropolitan City.
2. On April 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received the instant D’s textphone and sent it to the person designated by him; and (b) accepted it at the expense of 50,000 won; and (c) around that time, D divided approximately 2.12 g of philophone into six plastic bags; (d) stored it in the PCB beams and file files; and (e) stored it again in the PCB Boh and file files.
