1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 50,455,390 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its payment from June 3, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Grounds for recognition;
A. From February 2015 to July 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the original body exported to the Defendant to the Dasey Ltd LLC Limited Liability Company (hereinafter “Jtx”) located in the UK between the Defendant and the Defendant.
According to the details of delivery and settlement made inside the Plaintiff Company, the amount which was not paid out of the amount of goods to the original group supplied by the Plaintiff to the Defendant by July 2015 is USD 15,098.64 (hereinafter referred to as "$15,000,000,000).
B. As above, the Defendant supplied the original body supplied by the Plaintiff to Sacex as it is, among them, received notice from Sacex that there were many defects in the shape of the original body or of the original body, 15-A1314, 1459, 167, 1824, in relation to each part of the original body and the original body number 15-A1639, the original body number of which was 15-A1639, and the original body number of which was 15-A1314, 1459, 167, and 1824.
(1) According to the original number, each of the above parts notified by the defect (hereinafter referred to as “the defect parts of this case”), “A178,1825,1829 original parts,” “A1639 original parts,” “A1314, 1459, 167, 1824 original parts,” “A137, 1824 original parts,” and “each of the above original parts” collectively “each of the above original parts.” Accordingly, the Defendant re-issued the original parts identical to the original parts of A1768,1825,1829 original parts to the Plaintiff, and then re-delivery them to the Stex on December 8, 2015, the Plaintiff paid 60,000 dollars to Stex as damages for each of the defect parts of this case from the defect parts, and paid 00,000,000,000,000,00

2. The plaintiff's assertion of the parties is the principal suit and 17,582,360 won converted the amount of USD 15,098.64 to the defendant into Korean won.
